On behalf of the song fans! It's not an usual album, it's an unique VOCAL / ART / PERFORMANCE without any words, languages or instruments. First presented in spring 2015' at Contemporary Theatre in Wroclaw during The Stage Song Contest - the oldest Polish festival of theatrical and music avan-garde. City where Grotowski's theatre was grown, this time was a witness of the "Eremita" premiere.
Inspired by personal experience and the work of intellectualists such as Marguerite Porete, Meister Eckhard, Hildegarda von Bingen, Elfriede Jelinek and Emmanuel Levinas. Sung without the use of words Maja masters an array of vocal techniques stemming from tribal to classical methods present in cultures from around the world. The project also encapsulates elements of theatrical performance while Maja confronts the hopes, fears and expectations of her audience in solitude meets the hopes, fear and all different kind of expectations of the audience. One on One.
